For Online Version
In order to assist you effectively, we kindly request that you provide us with the email address you used to log in to your 360Converter account. If your previous request has not yet been processed, you have the option to share your file with us through one of the following methods:
- By sending an email attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- By providing a cloud storage link, such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
You may be wondering why we are requesting you to share your file again, even if you previously uploaded it to 360Converter. For more information, please refer to our FAQ. section.
To expedite the resolution of your issue and help us better understand your situation, we encourage you to capture a screenshot and forward it to us.
For Offline Transcriber
In the event that the 360Converter Offline Transcriber experiences issues such as refusal to operate, sudden closures, or crashes, we kindly request that you collect the log file and transmit it to our support team. Instructions for retrieving and preparing the log file can be found in the Prepare Log File section for your reference. Your assistance in providing this information will aid us in diagnosing and resolving the issue promptly.
